Pittsburgh FilmmakersÕ School Offers
Scholarships for New Students
(Pittsburgh, PA)
– Pittsburgh Filmmakers School of Film, Photography, and Digital Video
– one of the most comprehensive art schools of its kind in the US –
is now offering assistance to low-income students with at least a high school
diploma or GED. Full and partial
scholarships are available to first-time students demonstrating financial need.* The application deadline
is April 16, 2010.
Scholarship
students may take any of the following introductory-level classes:

Classes are held
at FilmmakersÕ headquarters, 477 Melwood Avenue in
North Oakland; free parking is available across the street after 5:00pm.
*Federal
guidelines for qualifying need are $21, 630 for an individual;
$44,100 for a family of four. For
